Refund Policy

Try the free version first. AutoKeyClicker Free is a complete, working autoclicker and key spammer with no signup, no account, and no time limit. If you are unsure whether the app suits you, use it for as long as you like before paying for anything.

Email support@autokeyclicker.app from the address you purchased with, within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. We refund to your original payment method, usually the same day we see your message. Your bank typically takes a further 5–10 business days to show it.

What happens to your license

When we issue the refund we deactivate your license key. AutoKeyClicker Pro will stop working on your computer the next time it connects to the internet, and the key cannot be reactivated. The free version continues to work normally, and any presets or macros you created stay on your computer.

After 14 days

Get in touch anyway. We would rather sort out a problem than leave you with software you cannot use — most issues people ask to refund over turn out to be fixable in a couple of emails.

If your key never arrived

That is not a refund situation, it is a delivery problem and we will resend it. Check your spam folder first, then email us.

Customers in the EU and UK

You have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. Because your license key is delivered immediately, you consent at checkout to that immediate delivery and acknowledge that this ends your automatic right to cancel. This does not affect the 14-day refund we offer above, which we honor regardless, nor your rights if the software is faulty or not as described.
